It's the morning. 'Nuff said.

Warrick Capper says he's a sporting icon, and that's why he's become a Surfers Paradise meter maid, complete with tight black shorts, tight gold shirt and red sash. He's an ambassador for Australia - his words - whose part-time job is running a strip club, and whose full-time job is now poncing around in a stupid outfit adding coins to people's parking meters. I'll let you make what you will of that.

The weather this morning says Melbourne is heading for a top of 16 degrees. The Mac widget says Melbourne is currently 23 degrees. I wonder if they mean Melbourne in Florida, USA, and not Melbourne, Australia.

In any case, it's friggin cold. Time for new threads, methinks - I haven't got any stylish winter clothes. So hopefully at some point I'll get a chance to go shopping. Something to wear on my feet in the morning wouldn't go astray either.

Sunrise. It sucks. I don't like Koshy, or however you spell his name. I don't HATE him - I know lots of people that do - but he doesn't do anything for me as a presenter. Although this morning they don't seem to be as happy and chirpy as they normally are, which is what usually disagrees with me.

Nutrigrain. *sighs* I guess it's my fault for buying it, but why is it so hard to find a breakfast cereal that doesn't taste like shit the instant you add milk to it? Oh, and is somewhat healthy, and doesn't cost body parts.

The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cartoons. The voices for the turtles suck. Just play replays of the old cartoons! They were awesome! YOU CAN'T IMPROVE ON AWESOME! Then again, it's good that they're making more for the new generation. I'm happy knowing a new batch of kids get TMNT as fond childhood memories.

Right, well, my coffee's gone cold and I can't even bring myself to finish this cereal, which is a shame. I'm gonna need to find something that I really WANT to eat in the morning. Maybe cereal without the milk, and some raison toast or something.

Right. Since I can't justify sitting here for any longer in my warm lounge, guess it's time to brave the elements and get to work.
